Mr. Baxter has 15 years experience in IT consulting and operational IT positions in a variety of industries in Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Most recently, (2001-2004), he has been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Young & Rubicam Group based in New York. At Young & Rubicam, he has responsibility for the creation of the worldwide IT strategy and for the management and execution of day-to-day global IT operations.
Prior to this, he held a range of operational and IT CIO roles including positions at J. Walter Thompson, Ogilvy & Mather (Latin America, 1997) and WPP Group Plc (Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, 1993-1997) and as a private contractor (1990-1992).
Mr. Baxter holds a BA from the University of Humberside in Business Studies and an MBA from Cambridge University.
